The Sun Hydraulics YVU (Material Number: YVU) is a line mount manifold designed for high-performance hydraulic systems. This product features a direct mount, cross pilot body type, and is compatible with the Sun T-2A cavity. It includes two open cavities and utilizes a mounting interface requiring 22 through holes with a diameter of 0.42 inches (10.7 mm). The manifold supports a port size of 12 BSPP, making it suitable for various hydraulic applications where precise fluid control is necessary. Constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, this manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability without the need for anodizing, which preserves its fatigue life and maintains consistent performance under pressure. The YVU model is ideal for systems requiring robust and reliable hydraulic connections while ensuring compatibility with other Sun cartridge cavities.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
