The Sun Hydraulics YVT (Material Number: YVT) is a specialized line mount manifold designed for hydraulic applications. This model features a direct mount, cross pilot body type and is constructed with 6061T651 aluminum, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and relative strength. The manifold includes two open cavities compatible with T-17A cavities and is equipped with two 3/4 NPTF ports. It has a mounting hole diameter of .53 inches (13.5 mm) and a depth that goes through the body, with a counterbore diameter of .78 inches (19.8 mm) and a depth of .44 inches (11.1 mm). This design allows for easy integration into hydraulic systems where space efficiency and durability are critical. The manifold is not anodized to maintain cost-effectiveness and consistent production quality, as well as to avoid potential issues related to fatigue life associated with anodizing processes. This product is ideal for applications requiring high flow valves and efficient fluid management within the constraints of maximum system pressures not exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar).

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
