The Sun Hydraulics YVM (Material Number: YVM) is a line mount manifold designed for high flow hydraulic systems. This model features a direct mount, cross pilot body type with a T11A cavity and accommodates 3/8 NPTF port sizes. It includes 22 mounting holes with a diameter of .34 inches (8.6 mm) and depth through the entire body, complemented by counterbores of .53 inches (13.5 mm) in diameter and .25 inches (6.4 mm) in depth for secure installation. Constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and strength, this manifold is not anodized to prevent potential fatigue life reduction due to anodizing-induced surface brittleness. The YVM manifold is suitable for applications requiring robust hydraulic connections while maintaining system integrity up to a maximum pressure of 3000 psi (210 bar), making it ideal for various high-pressure environments where durability and reliability are critical.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
