The Sun Hydraulics YTA (Material Number: YTA) is a motor mount manifold specifically designed for use with Eaton CharLynn H and S series motors. This product features a cross pilot body type and includes open cavities identified as 22CavityT11A, with port sizes standardized to SAE 10. Constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, the manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for various hydraulic applications. However, it should be noted that manifolds made from this material are not rated for pressures exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar). A riser gage port adapter is necessary when using this manifold with CharLynn S series motors; compatible adapters include Sun models ZVQ NPT, WPA SAE, and WPB BSPP. The design facilitates efficient control and protection of hydraulic motors while maintaining the integrity of the system through its durable construction and precise engineering.

Notes:
  • A riser gage port adapter is required for this product when used with the Char-Lynn "S" series motors. For details on gage port adapters, see Sun models ZVQ (NPT), WPA (SAE), and WPB (BSPP).
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
