The Sun Hydraulics XIOAXXV (XIOAXXV) is a versatile cavity plug designed for use in both two-port and four-port cavities, allowing all ports to remain connected. This product is particularly suitable for applications in corrosive environments, thanks to its corrosion-resistant design. The body of the plug is constructed from high-strength lean duplex stainless steel, while the internal parts are made from carbon steel leaded alloy, similar to standard plugs. It features EPDM seals that are compatible with systems using phosphate ester fluids; however, these seals should not be exposed to petroleum-based fluids, greases, or lubricants as they may cause damage. The XIOAXXV fits into Cavity T16A and T33A Series 3 configurations and can handle a maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi (350 bar). It supports both 2-port and 4-port configurations with a valve hex size of 1 1/4 inches (31.8 mm). Installation requires a torque between 150-160 lbf ft (203-217 Nm). For maintenance or replacement purposes, a Viton seal kit is available under the part number 990016006.
