The Sun Hydraulics XFOAXXN (XFOAXXN) is a versatile cavity plug designed for use in both two-port and four-port cavities, allowing all ports to remain connected. These plugs are engineered to withstand corrosive environments, with corrosion-resistant variants identified by the model code suffix AP. The robust construction features bodies made from high-strength lean duplex stainless steel, while the internal components are crafted from carbon steel leaded alloy, aligning with the standard plug specifications. Suitable for Cavity T10A, T13A, and T31A Series 1 applications, this cavity plug supports a maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi (350 bar). It offers flexibility in port configuration, accommodating both two-port and four-port setups. The valve hex size measures at 7/8 inches (22.2 mm), and it requires an installation torque of 30-35 lbf ft (41-47 Nm). For sealing purposes, a Viton seal kit is available under the cartridge number 990010006. This product is ideal for applications demanding reliable performance in harsh environments where corrosion resistance is critical.
