The Sun Hydraulics WJS (Material Number: WJS) is a subplate designed for hydraulic applications, featuring an ISO 03 interface with a body type suitable for P to T flow configurations. It includes a check on P and side ports, providing versatility in system design. The subplate is constructed with open cavities, specifically the T-10A cavity, and has a port size of 3/8 NPTF. Made from 6061-T651 aluminum, the WJS model offers excellent corrosion resistance without the need for anodizing, which can compromise fatigue life. This material choice ensures durability and reliability under various environmental conditions while maintaining cost-effectiveness. However, it is important to note that manifolds made from aluminum should not be used in systems exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar) due to material limitations. The Sun Hydraulics WJS subplate is ideal for integrating into hydraulic systems where moderate pressure ratings are required and where corrosion resistance is a priority.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
