The Sun Hydraulics PVJACDV (Material Number: PVJACDV) is an externally drained, pilot-operated pressure reducing-relieving valve designed to manage high primary pressures at the inlet port 2, reducing them to a consistent lower pressure at port 1, while also offering a full-flow relief function from port 1 to tank port 3. This valve is insensitive to pressure at tank port 3 due to its external pilot section drainage at port 4, which also allows for remote control via pilot or two-way valves. The maximum allowable pressure at port 3 is 3000 psi (210 bar). The valve exhibits minimal deadband transition between reducing and relieving modes and maintains exceptionally flat pressure-flow characteristics with low hysteresis, ensuring stability and reliability in operation.
