The Sun Hydraulics PVFBLDV (Material Number: PVFBLDV) is a ventable, pilot-operated pressure reducing/relieving valve designed to manage high primary pressures, reducing them to a constant level at port 1 while providing a full-flow relief function from port 1 to tank port 3. This valve features a vent port (port 4) that allows for remote control via pilot or two-way valves. The pressure at port 3 adds directly to the valve setting at a 1:1 ratio, with a maximum allowable pressure of 3000 psi (210 bar). The valve's pilot operation ensures minimal deadband transition between reducing and relieving modes, offering exceptionally flat pressure-flow characteristics and low hysteresis for stable performance.
