The Sun Hydraulics PVFBKWN (PVFBKWN) is a ventable, pilot-operated pressure reducing/relieving valve designed to reduce high primary pressure at the inlet to a constant reduced pressure at port 1, with an integrated full-flow relief function from port 1 to tank port 3. This valve features a vent port (port 4) that enables remote control through pilot or two-way valves. The valve allows for pressure at port 3 to be directly added to the valve setting at a 1:1 ratio, with a maximum allowable pressure of 3000 psi (210 bar). It is characterized by very low deadband transition between reducing and relieving modes, with exceptionally flat pressure-flow characteristics ensuring stability and low hysteresis. The recommended maximum inlet pressure varies depending on the adjustment range being utilized.
