The Sun Hydraulics LNR (Material Number: LNR) is a line mount hydraulic manifold designed for versatile applications where a ninety-degree flow configuration with a reverse flow check is required. This manifold features an open cavity design, specifically the T-18A cavity, which allows for easy integration and adaptability within hydraulic systems. The port size is specified as 1 1/2 Code 61, ensuring compatibility with standard hydraulic components. Constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, the manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance and strength while remaining relatively inexpensive and readily available. Despite its durability, it is important to note that this aluminum construction limits the manifold's maximum pressure rating to 3000 psi (210 bar). The LNR model does not undergo anodization due to considerations regarding cost, consistency, and potential impacts on fatigue life. This makes it ideal for applications where non-anodized surfaces are acceptable or preferred. The LNR manifold's robust design and material choice make it suitable for high-flow hydraulic systems requiring reliable performance without the additional processes associated with anodizing.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
