The Sun Hydraulics FRFALBN (FRFALBN) is a bypass-restrictive, fixed-orifice, priority flow control valve designed to manage input flow efficiently. It takes an input flow at port 1 and directs it to satisfy the priority flow at port 3. Any excess input flow beyond the priority requirement is bypassed out of port 2, which can be utilized in a secondary circuit. The product requires the customer to specify a flow rating, with factory-set ratings accurate within 10% of the requested setting. The valve features a tuneable adjustment control option allowing up to 22% variation from the nominal factory preset flow through three turns of an adjust screw; turning clockwise increases the flow rate.
