The Sun Hydraulics FAJ (FAJ) is a line-mount hydraulic manifold designed for versatile fluid control applications. This model features a ninety-degree body type with a mounting hole diameter of 0.34 inches (8.6 mm) and through-hole depth, accommodating up to eleven mounting holes and open cavities. The manifold is compatible with T10A cavity configurations and incorporates SAE 8 port sizes for efficient fluid management. Constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, the FAJ manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance without the need for anodizing, thanks to its robust material properties. This makes it suitable for environments where corrosion resistance is crucial but does not require additional surface treatments that could affect fatigue life or increase costs. The FAJ manifold is engineered to withstand system pressures up to 3000 psi (210 bar), ensuring reliable performance in demanding hydraulic systems while maintaining structural integrity under specified conditions.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
