The Sun Hydraulics Z2R (Material Number: Z2R) is a line mount manifold designed with a bypass compensator, featuring a 14 BSPP port size. Its body is crafted from 6061T651 aluminum, known for its strength and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for hydraulic applications where durability is essential. The manifold includes provisions for both threaded and thru-hole mounting, with two of each type available. It supports an open cavity of type T-13A and is compatible with systems where the maximum pressure does not exceed 3000 psi (210 bar), as this is the limit for aluminum constructions. The mounting holes have a diameter of .34 inches (8.6 mm) and are threaded with M8x1.25 6H specifications to a depth of .50 inches (12.7 mm). This component is suitable for use in hydraulic systems that require reliable pressure management and ease of integration through its versatile mounting options.

Notes:
  • This manifold contains provisions for both threaded and thru-hole mounting, quantity two of each. See Technical Data table above for sizes.
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
