The Sun Hydraulics YFD (Material Number YFD) is a line mount manifold designed for hydraulic systems. This manifold features a cross port design, making it suitable for applications that require fluid distribution or collection across multiple pathways. It is constructed with two open cavities, each compatible with T10A cartridges, and has a port size of 3/4 NPTF. The manifold's mounting configuration includes two holes with a diameter of 0.34 inches (8.6 mm), accommodating through-hole mounting for secure installation. Made from 6061T651 aluminum, the YFD manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance and strength, suitable for environments where durability is essential. However, it is important to note that this aluminum construction limits the pressure rating to a maximum of 3000 psi (210 bar). This product is ideal for use in hydraulic systems where moderate pressure requirements align with its material capabilities.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
