The Sun Hydraulics XJD (Material Number: XJD) is an inline, cross-pilot line mount manifold designed for hydraulic systems. It features a T17A cavity and accommodates 3/4 NPTF port sizes, making it suitable for various fluid control applications. The manifold is constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, known for its strength, corrosion resistance, and availability in diverse shapes and sizes. This material choice ensures durability and performance in challenging environments. The XJD manifold has two open cavities and two mounting holes with a diameter of 0.41 inches, allowing for secure installation in hydraulic setups. Additionally, the mounting holes are through-type with a depth that accommodates the specified dimensions. While the manifold is not anodized due to considerations such as cost, logistics, consistency, stamping challenges, torque issues, and fatigue life reduction concerns, its natural aluminum properties provide sufficient corrosion resistance for most applications. It is important to note that manifolds made from aluminum are not rated for pressures exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of port size or type. This product is ideal for use in hydraulic systems requiring reliable fluid distribution and control without compromising on material integrity under standard pressure conditions.

Notes:
- Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
