The Sun Hydraulics XFK (Material Number: XFK) is a line mount hydraulic manifold designed with cross pilot functionality featuring independent port 4s. This model is engineered for applications that require efficient fluid management and control with its two open cavities and T-21A cavity configuration. The manifold accommodates SAE 10 port sizes, making it suitable for various hydraulic systems. Constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, the XFK model offers excellent corrosion resistance, which negates the need for anodizing, thus maintaining its structural integrity over time. The manifold is designed with two mounting holes of .34 inches (8.6 mm) in diameter, providing through-hole depth for secure installations. It is important to note that aluminum manifolds like the XFK are not rated for pressures exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar), so careful consideration of maximum system pressure is essential when integrating this component into any hydraulic system.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
