The Sun Hydraulics SQFBLCN (Material Number: SQFBLCN) is a precision-engineered kickdown sequence valve designed to optimize hydraulic system performance by providing an efficient and reliable flow path. Once the pressure at inlet port 1 surpasses the valve setting, the valve kicks completely open, allowing unrestricted flow from port 1 to port 2. It remains open as long as the pressure at port 1 exceeds that at port 2. Resetting requires the pressure at port 1 to drop below the set threshold, stopping flow from port 1 to port 2, and ensuring pressure equilibrium or greater pressure at port 2 compared to port 1. This model features interchangeable three-port sequence cartridges with identical flow paths and cavities for a given frame size, ensuring versatility in application. It should not be used in load-holding scenarios due to its design specifications. The main stage orifice is safeguarded by a stainless steel screen with a filtration capacity of 150 microns. The valve setting can be directly influenced by the pressure at drain port 3, which should not exceed a maximum of 5000 psi (350 bar).
