The Sun Hydraulics RBADLAN (Material Number: RBADLAN) is a direct-acting, pilot relief cartridge valve designed with back-to-back check valves. This configuration enables it to remotely control two other pilot-operated valves or function as a thermal relief for both ends of an actuator. The valve is intended for use with other valves having comparable pilot flows due to its capacity being limited to pilot flow. The integrated check valves prevent cross talk between the two controlled valves, while a single adjustment manages both. It features a check cracking pressure of 15 psi (1 bar), and the pressure at port 3 adds directly to the valve setting, making it suitable for load-holding applications.
