The Sun Hydraulics RBACMCV (RBACMCV) is a direct-acting pilot relief cartridge designed to remotely control the pressure setting of other pilot-operated valves. This cartridge is specifically engineered for use in systems where capacity is limited to pilot flow, making it essential to pair with higher flow valves for optimal performance. Notably, cartridges equipped with EPDM seals are suitable for phosphate ester fluid systems but should not be exposed to petroleum-based fluids, greases, or lubricants, as this can damage the seals. The main stage orifice benefits from protection by a 150-micron stainless steel screen, enhancing its durability and reliability in load-holding applications.
