The Sun Hydraulics NFCCLCN (NFCCLCN) is a versatile needle valve designed for precise flow regulation in hydraulic systems. This component serves as a fully adjustable orifice, allowing users to control flow rates by adjusting from fully closed to the maximum orifice diameter. It functions as both a flow control and shutoff valve but is not pressure compensated. This means that the flow rate through the valve is dependent on the pressure differential across its ports, specifically following the square root relationship. The NFCCLCN model features a balanced adjustment mechanism that ensures easy operation even under high-pressure conditions, with a sharp-edged orifice design that minimizes variations in flow due to changes in fluid viscosity.
