The Sun Hydraulics N4V (Material Number: N4V) is a line mount manifold designed to facilitate hydraulic system configurations with a focus on efficient flow management. This manifold features a unique ninety-degree body type with reverse flow check capabilities, enhancing its utility in applications requiring controlled pressure reduction and flow direction. It is constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, known for its strong corrosion resistance and durability, making it suitable for various hydraulic environments without the need for anodization. The N4V model includes two mounting holes with a diameter of 0.41 inches (10.4 mm) that pass through the entire body, allowing secure installation with two mounting hole quantities. The manifold accommodates one open cavity and utilizes the T-22A cavity design, compatible with 12 BSPP port sizes to ensure seamless integration into existing systems. Its construction limits maximum system pressure to 3000 psi (210 bar), which should be considered during installation to maintain operational safety and efficiency.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
