The Sun Hydraulics JFU (Material Number: JFU) is a line mount manifold designed with a ninety-degree configuration and includes a gauge port. It features two mounting holes with a diameter of 0.28 inches (7.1 mm) and has through-hole depth, allowing for secure installation. The manifold accommodates one open cavity, specifically the T-163A cavity, and is equipped with 3/8 BSPP port sizes. Constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, this manifold is chosen for its strength, cost-effectiveness, machinability, availability in various forms, and excellent corrosion resistance. This material choice ensures durability without the need for anodizing, as anodizing could compromise the fatigue life of the aluminum by introducing cracks under pressure. The manifold's design is intended to handle hydraulic systems with pressures not exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar), making it suitable for various applications requiring efficient fluid control within these parameters.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
