The Bosch Rexroth ZDB10DA2-2X/100V (R901438987) is a direct operated pressure relief valve designed for hydraulic systems, featuring a sandwich plate design for ease of integration. This model is part of the ZDBD and ZDBD series, known for their robust construction which includes a housing with seat and control spool. The valve's primary function is to safeguard against excessive pressures that can damage system components by remaining closed in its rest position and opening only when system pressure surpasses the set value. The adjustment type on this valve allows for precise setting of system pressure, ensuring operational stability and protection. It boasts a quick, quiet response with minimal leakage due to its seat design that offers resistance to oil contamination. Additionally, the control spool's integrated damping contributes to stable behavior even with varying flow rates, preventing abrupt pressure spikes. Upon delivery, the valve is set at the minimum possible pressure but can be adjusted as needed. When in operation, if the system pressure at channel P exceeds the predetermined level, the control spool activates allowing hydraulic fluid to flow from channel P to channel T (TA or TB as referred to in this model's datasheet), thereby maintaining system pressure within safe limits. For enhanced monitoring capabilities, version MP of this series includes a measuring port where a pressure load cell can be attached for recording and observing set system pressures. The ZDB10DA2-2X/100V offers various features such as different adjustment types including spindle with hexagon, rotary knob or lockable rotary knob with scale; circuit options; and corrosion-protected design. Its specifications include compatibility with ISOnbsp; porting patterns, multiple pressure ratings and adjustment options. The maximum operating pressure for this model reaches up to bar levels while it can handle maximum flow rates measured in liters per minute.

Industrial hydraulic valve in a high performance range. Reliable pressure limitation to setting value
Unpacked Weight: 2.700 kg
Pressure valves of type ZDB10D and Z2DB10D are direct operated pressure relief valves in sandwich plate design.
The valves basically consist of housing (1) with seat (2) and control spool (3). The system pressure is set via the adjustment type (4).
The valves are closed in their rest position and protect a hydraulic system and its components against excessive pressures.
These valves respond quickly, noiselessly and in a virtually leakage-free manner. Thanks to the seat design, they are resistant against oil contamination. The integrated damping of the control spool (3) ensures extremely stable behavior and a low pressure increase with increasing flow.
In the state as delivered, the valves are set to the minimum possible pressure. The system pressure applied to channel P acts on the control spool (3). If the system pressure increases above the set value, the control spool (3) opens and the hydraulic fluid flows from channel P in channel T. This limits the system pressure to the set value.
For version “MP”, the set system pressure can be recorded and monitored using a pressure load cell at the measuring port (5) (see dimensions)
