The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSADR2-25-WV-900 (R109852585) is a high-quality linear motion set designed for precision applications where torque resistance and stability against cocking loads are essential. This set features a lightweight precision tandem housing made from aluminum, which encases a precision steel shaft with two ball guide grooves. The torqueresistant linear bushing ensures smooth and accurate movement, while the hardened steel bearing plates are set to zero clearance ex works to provide precise guidance and reduce maintenance. The shaft diameter 'd' comes in a standard length as per the included table, ensuring compatibility with a range of applications. Notably, this model comes without external seals but is relubricatable, allowing for easy maintenance and extended service life in clean environments. The dynamic load capacity 'C' and static load capacity 'C0' are given as minimal values due to the variable nature of loading directions. With an outer diameter 'D', size 'E', and weight 'm kg/m', the LSADR2-25-WV-900 is engineered for optimal performance within its specified dynamic torsional moment load capacity 'Mt'. It can operate within a permissible ambient temperature range of -...°C to ...°C and can withstand maximum accelerations up to 'amax'. Additionally, it allows for maximum permissible linear speeds up to 'vmax'. This linear set by Bosch Rexroth is part of their Series Torque Productgroup ID and is categorized under Size L. Its robust design makes it suitable for various applications that require high precision linear motion control. Whether used in automation systems or specialized machinery, this product ensures reliable performance with its well-engineered components and Bosch Rexroth's commitment to quality in motion technology.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
