The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSADR1-40-WV-2000 (R109824088) is a high-quality linear motion set designed for precision applications. This product features a lightweight precision tandem housing made of aluminum and includes a precision steel shaft with one ball guide groove, enhancing the system's stability and ensuring smooth motion. The shaft diameter, designated by 'd', comes in standard lengths as per the provided table, tailored to meet various application requirements. The LSADR1-40-WV-2000 is torqueresistant, equipped with linear bushing and hardened steel bearing plates that have been set to zero clearance ex works, allowing for precise control and reduced play in the system. This feature also contributes to the set's ability to withstand cocking loads effectively. Despite its robust construction, this model does not include external seals but remains relubricatable, which helps maintain its performance over time. With its dynamic load capacity (C) and static load rating (C0), the product can handle minimal values since the direction of loading cannot always be clearly defined. It also possesses a dynamic torsional moment load capacity (Mt), ensuring it can manage varying forces during operation. The maximum permissible linear speed (vmax) and acceleration (amax) specifications are indicative of the product's capability to operate at high speeds without compromising stability or performance. The LSADR1-40-WV-2000 operates efficiently within a wide range of ambient temperatures, from minimum to maximum degrees Celsius, making it suitable for diverse working environments. Its outer diameter (D), size (E), size (H), size (L), and weight specifications provide detailed information about its dimensions and mass, which are crucial for system integration. Overall, this Bosch Rexroth Linear Set is an optimal solution for those seeking a reliable linear motion system that offers both precision and durability in various industrial applications.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke

In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

General mounting instructions

Initial lubrication

Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.

Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.

Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out. technical illustration-R109824088-Linear set (aluminum), DR1-40-WV-2000, without seal
