The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSADR1-40-WV-1200 (R109824087) is a comprehensive linear motion set designed for precision applications requiring high levels of torque resistance and stability against cocking loads. This set features a lightweight precision tandem housing made from aluminum, which contributes to its overall sturdiness without adding unnecessary weight to the assembly. It includes a precision steel shaft with one ball guide groove, offering smooth and accurate linear movement. The LSADR1-40-WV-1200 is equipped with torqueresistant linear bushings and hardened steel bearing plates that are pre-adjusted to zero clearance by the factory, ensuring optimal performance right out of the box. These components work together to provide a system capable of handling dynamic torsional moment load capacities effectively. Notably, this model comes without external seals and is designed for easy relubrication, extending the life of the set through regular maintenance. The dynamic load capacity C indicates minimal values due to variable loading directions, while the static load rating C assures durability under stationary forces. The permissible ambient temperature range for operation extends from -20°C to +80°C, accommodating a wide variety of environmental conditions. With an outer diameter D corresponding to Size E specifications, this linear set can handle maximum accelerations (amax) efficiently without compromising on performance. It also supports a maximum permissible linear speed (vmax), which ensures swift motion when required. Despite its robust capabilities, it maintains a manageable weight of . kg/m as per Size L standards. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSADR1-40-WV-1200 is an ideal solution for applications demanding precise linear guidance with high torsional rigidity and easy maintenance features.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
