The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSADR1-16-WV-900 (R109821685) is a high-performance linear motion set designed for precision applications. This product features a lightweight precision tandem housing made from aluminum and is equipped with a precision steel shaft that includes one ball guide groove, providing stability and resistance to torsional forces. The torqueresistant linear bushing and hardened steel bearing plates are set to zero clearance ex works, ensuring high accuracy and rigidity against cocking loads. The LSADR1-16-WV-900 has been engineered without external seals, making it suitable for environments where seals are not necessary, thus reducing the overall complexity of the system. It is relubricatable, which allows for easy maintenance and long-term performance sustainability. The shaft diameter 'd' comes in standard lengths as per the provided table, catering to various application needs. This linear set's dynamic load capacity 'C' represents minimal values due to potential variability in loading directions. It can operate within a wide range of permissible ambient temperatures, from minimum to maximum as specified in the technical details. The outer diameter 'D', size 'E', maximum permissible linear speed 'vmax', and mass 'm kg/m' are all defined to meet specific operational requirements. Additionally, the LINEAR-SET boasts an impressive dynamic torsional moment load capacity 'Mt', highlighting its capability to handle significant dynamic loads during operation. This product is categorized under Series Torque Productgroup ID and comes in Size L with a specified weight. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSADR1-16-WV-900 is an ideal solution for applications demanding high precision linear motion with robust performance characteristics such as torque resistance and stability under varying load conditions.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
