The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSADR1-12-WV-2000 (R109821288) is a high-quality linear motion set designed for precision applications requiring smooth, accurate, and torqueresistant linear movement. This set features a lightweight precision tandem housing made from aluminum, which is both durable and corrosion-resistant, ensuring long-term reliability. It includes a precision steel shaft with a diameter of 12 mm that has one ball guide groove for enhanced load distribution and reduced friction. The LSADR1-12-WV-2000 is equipped with torquetransmitting, hardened steel bearing plates which are pre-set to zero clearance by the factory to maximize precision and stability against cocking loads. This feature is particularly beneficial for applications where high torque resistance is critical. The linear set comes without external seals but remains relubricatable, allowing for easy maintenance and extended service life. Bosch Rexroth's design also incorporates a dynamic load capacity C that ensures minimal values even when the direction of loading cannot be clearly defined. The static load rating C and dynamic torsional moment load capacity Mt are indicative of the unit's robustness in various operational scenarios. It can operate within an ambient temperature range from -20°C to +80°C, making it suitable for diverse working environments. The LINEAR-SET has a maximum permissible linear speed (vmax), contributing to its efficiency in high-speed applications. Its mass of kg/m reflects the balance Bosch Rexroth has achieved between durability and weight, optimizing the system for both stability and ease of movement. Overall, this Bosch Rexroth linear set is ideal for those looking for a reliable solution that offers precise linear motion control with robust performance characteristics in demanding industrial applications.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
