The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR2T-25-WV-2000 (R109752588) is a comprehensive linear motion system designed for precise and robust applications. This linear set is characterized by its steel construction, featuring a precision steel shaft with two ball guide grooves and two torque-resistant linear bushings. The tandem arrangement of the bushings ensures stability against cocking loads and provides a high dynamic load capacity, making it suitable for applications where both precision and durability are essential. The R109752588 model is equipped with torquetransmitting, hardened steel bearing plates which are set to zero clearance ex works, thereby optimizing performance by minimizing play within the system. The absence of external seals in this version allows for easier maintenance while still offering protection against contamination. This product is designed to withstand a wide range of operating temperatures, from minimum permissible ambient temperatures to maximums as specified in its technical details. With its robust design, the LINEAR-SET LSSDR2T-25-WV-2000 can handle significant static and dynamic torsional moment load capacities, making it an excellent choice for demanding linear motion tasks. The product's size and weight specifications ensure that it can be integrated into various industrial setups without compromising on space or efficiency. In summary, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR2T-25-WV-2000 offers a reliable solution for linear motion requirements with its high load capacities, resistance to torsional forces, and precise movement capabilities. Its standard-length shaft and lack of external seals make it a versatile choice for numerous applications requiring accurate linear guidance and support.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
