The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR2T-25-WV-500 (R109752580) is a precision-engineered linear motion set designed to provide high rigidity and load-bearing capacity in a compact form factor. This set includes a precision steel shaft with a diameter of 25 mm, featuring two ball guide grooves for smooth and precise linear movements. The shaft comes in a standard length as per the manufacturer's table, ensuring compatibility with various applications. Equipped with two torque-resistant linear bushings, the LINEAR-SET offers excellent stability against cocking loads, making it suitable for scenarios where precise alignment is critical. These bushings are pre-adjusted to zero clearance by the manufacturer to ensure optimal performance right out of the box. The tandem arrangement of the bushings distributes loads evenly, enhancing the dynamic and static load capacities of the system. The included bearing plates are made from hardened steel, contributing to the set's ability to transmit torques effectively while maintaining accuracy. Although this model comes without external seals, it boasts an impressive resistance to environmental factors within its permissible ambient temperature range. Bosch Rexroth has designed this linear set for easy integration into various applications requiring high precision and torsional rigidity. The product's dynamic load capacity and maximum permissible linear speed are indicative of its suitability for high-performance tasks. Additionally, its mass is optimized to provide substantial support without excessive weight. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR2T-25-WV-500 is a robust solution for those seeking reliable linear motion components that can withstand significant loads while maintaining precise movement control in industrial settings.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .
