The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1T-40-WV-1200 (R109724087) is a comprehensive linear motion set designed for high precision and rigidity in various applications. This set includes a precision steel shaft with a diameter of 40mm, featuring one ball guide groove for smooth motion. The shaft comes in a standard length as specified by the manufacturer's table, ensuring compatibility with a broad range of installations. Equipped with two torque-resistant linear bushings arranged in tandem, the LINEAR-SET LSSDR1T-40-WV-1200 provides exceptional stability against cocking loads and allows for precise linear movement. The torquetransmitting, hardened steel bearing plates are set to zero clearance ex works to maximize accuracy and minimize play. This setup ensures that dynamic load capacities are met, even when both bushings are under equal load. The product is characterized by its ability to handle significant dynamic torsional moment load capacities (Mt) while maintaining a high dynamic load capacity (C). It is suitable for use within a permissible ambient temperature range, ensuring reliable performance in various working environments. Constructed from standard steel without external seals, this linear set boasts an outer diameter (D) that supports maximum permissible linear speeds (vmax), making it ideal for applications requiring fast and precise linear motion. The mass of the unit is indicated in kilograms per meter (kg/m), which contributes to its overall performance characteristics. The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1T-40-WV-1200 is part of the T series with format T tandem bushings, signifying its robust design suitable for demanding applications where dual bearing support is necessary. This product group ID underlines its place within an extensive range of precision-engineered linear motion solutions offered by Bosch Rexroth.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
