The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1T-40-WV-900 (R109724085) is a meticulously engineered linear motion set designed to provide precision and stability in various applications requiring linear guidance and motion. This linear set features a high-quality steel construction, with a precision tandem housing and a precision steel shaft that includes one ball guide groove. It is equipped with two torque-resistant linear bushings, which are pre-adjusted to zero clearance by the manufacturer, ensuring optimal performance right out of the box. The R109724085 model is specifically designed to resist cocking loads due to its torquetransmitting, hardened steel bearing plates. The absence of external seals in this model allows for a more streamlined design, suitable for environments where additional sealing is not necessary. The shaft diameter (d) and standard length are manufactured according to specified tables, ensuring compatibility with various setups. This LINEAR-SET can handle dynamic load capacities (C) when both linear bushings are under equal load, with minimal values provided as loading directions may vary. It also boasts an impressive dynamic torsional moment load capacity (Mt), making it capable of handling significant torque loads without compromising its structural integrity or performance. The unit's permissible ambient temperature range ensures it can operate effectively within diverse working conditions without degradation of its components. Its outer diameter (D), maximum permissible linear speed (vmax), and mass (m kg/m) are all optimized for efficiency and ease of integration into existing systems. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1T-40-WV-900 is an exceptional solution for applications demanding high precision linear motion and guidance. Its robust design and precise manufacturing make it a reliable component for industrial use.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
