The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1T-20-WV-2000 (R109722088) is a highly precise and robust linear motion system designed for applications requiring high resistance to torque and stability against cocking loads. This linear set includes a precision steel shaft with one ball guide groove, complemented by two torqueresistant linear bushings. These bushings are mounted in a standard steel precision tandem housing, engineered to withstand challenging working conditions without the need for external seals. The system's dynamic load capacity ensures it can handle significant operational demands while maintaining accurate motion control. The hardened steel bearing plates are pre-set to zero clearance by the manufacturer, ensuring optimal performance from the outset. With a shaft diameter denoted as 'd' and a standard length according to the provided table, this linear set is ready for integration into various mechanical assemblies. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR1T-20-WV-2000 operates efficiently within a permissible ambient temperature range, ensuring reliability across different working environments. It boasts an impressive maximum permissible linear speed and can accommodate high acceleration rates, making it suitable for dynamic applications that require both speed and precision. Designed with maintenance in mind, this model does not include external seals due to its inherent durability and resistance to wear. The static load rating and dynamic torsional moment load capacity further testify to its robustness. The product belongs to the Productgroup ID specified by Bosch Rexroth for organizational purposes. Overall, this linear set is an excellent choice for those seeking a high-performance solution in applications where precise linear movement is critical, and exposure to torque or lateral forces is expected. Its construction ensures long-term reliability and consistent performance in various industrial settings.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
