The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1T-16-WV-2000 (R109721688) is a sophisticated linear motion system designed to provide high precision and rigidity for various applications. This linear set is constructed from standard steel and features a precision tandem housing, along with a precision steel shaft that includes one ball guide groove. It is equipped with two torque-resistant linear bushings and torque-transmitting, hardened steel bearing plates that are set to zero clearance ex-factory, ensuring minimal play and maximum accuracy. The product is characterized by its ability to resist cocking loads thanks to its robust design, contributing to its stability under dynamic conditions. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR1T-16-WV-2000 comes without external seals, making it suitable for environments where such seals are not necessary or could interfere with operation. Its size H dynamic load capacity and static load rating ensure it can handle significant loads while maintaining performance. This model has been engineered for applications requiring precise linear movement, particularly where torsional moments are present. The dynamic torsional moment load capacity Mt reflects the system's capability to withstand rotational forces while in motion. Additionally, the product can operate within a wide range of ambient temperatures, from minimum to maximum as specified in the product details. With its shaft diameter d and standard length tailored as per the included table, this linear set offers versatility in installation and use. The outer diameter D of the system allows for integration into various machine frameworks, while the maximum permissible linear speed vmax ensures swift motion without compromising stability or durability. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR1T-16-WV-2000 has a considerable mass that contributes to its overall solid construction and performance reliability. Designed primarily as part of Bosch Rexroth's product group ID for linear bushing and shaft systems, this unit exemplifies high-quality engineering for demanding linear motion tasks.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
