The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-30-WV-600 (R109653080) is a high-precision linear motion set designed for applications requiring robust performance and precise linear guidance. This linear set is comprised of a precision steel shaft with two ball guide grooves and a torqueresistant linear bushing, ensuring stability against cocking loads and effective torque transmission. The hardened steel bearing plates are set to zero clearance ex works, providing an optimized system ready for integration into various mechanical setups. The product's construction without external seals suggests it is intended for environments where additional sealing against contaminants is not necessary, thus offering a streamlined design. The standard steel precision housing coupled with the torqueresistant LB ball guide grooves contributes to the system's overall rigidity and resistance to torsional forces. With a shaft diameter of 30 mm and a standard length as per the provided table, this linear set can be readily adapted to different installation requirements. The dynamic load capacity C and static load rating C are established as minimal values due to the variable nature of loading directions in real-world applications. Additionally, it can handle dynamic torsional moment load capacities (Mt), which highlights its capability to withstand rotational forces during operation. The product operates effectively within a permissible ambient temperature range, ensuring reliability across different working environments. It also supports maximum acceleration (amax) and maximum permissible linear speed (vmax), showcasing its ability to perform in high-speed applications without compromising on performance or longevity. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-30-WV-600 is engineered for precise and reliable linear motion in various industrial settings, offering both high load capacities and resistance to torsional stresses while maintaining its compact form factor.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .
