The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-25-WV-2000 (R109652588) is a comprehensive linear motion set designed to provide precise and smooth linear movement in various applications. This set includes a precision steel shaft with a diameter of 25 mm, featuring two ball guide grooves for enhanced torqueresistance. The shaft comes in a standard length as specified in the product table, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of uses. This model is characterized by its torqueresistant linear bushing and torque-transmitting, hardened steel bearing plates that are pre-set to zero clearance by the manufacturer, offering high stability against cocking loads. Its robust design incorporates external seals that contribute to the unit's longevity and reliability. The precision steel housing included in this set is crafted for optimal performance and durability. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-25-WV-2000 is engineered without internal seals, which classifies it as a standard version within Bosch Rexroth's product offerings. It can withstand dynamic load capacities and torsional moment load capacities that are indicated as minimal values due to variable loading directions. The permissible ambient temperature range for this model spans from -20°C to +80°C, making it suitable for diverse working environments. With an outer diameter of 'D' and size 'E', this linear set can handle maximum accelerations and linear speeds as outlined by the manufacturer's specifications. Its weight is calibrated to maintain efficiency without compromising on strength or capability. Ideal for applications requiring high precision and rigidity, the LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-25-WV-2000 excels in providing reliable linear guidance with its dynamic load capacity and resistance to torsional moments. Whether used in automated systems or manual adjustments, this linear set delivers consistent performance that meets stringent industry standards.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
