The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-25-WV-500 (R109652580) is a high-precision linear motion set designed to provide smooth and accurate guidance in various applications. This set includes a precision steel shaft with a diameter of 25mm and standard length as per the table, featuring two ball guide grooves for torqueresistant linear bushing. The torquetransmitting hardened steel bearing plates are pre-set to zero clearance ex works, ensuring optimal performance from the outset. Constructed with a robust steel precision housing, this linear set is engineered to withstand cocking loads, enhancing its stability and reliability in demanding environments. The absence of external seals indicates that this model is intended for use in clean environments where additional sealing is not necessary. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-25-WV-500 boasts impressive load capacities, both dynamic and static, which are presented as minimal values due to the varying directions of loading that cannot always be clearly defined. It also has a significant dynamic torsional moment load capacity, ensuring it can handle varying forces during operation. With an outer diameter D corresponding to Size E and capable of operating within a wide temperature range (as specified by the permissible ambient temperature min and max), this linear set maintains performance across different working conditions. Its maximum permissible linear speed vmax and max acceleration amax highlight its capability for high-speed applications. The overall mass of this unit is detailed in kg/m, contributing to its suitability for designs where weight considerations are critical. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-25-WV-500 serves as an integral part of systems requiring precise linear guidance, such as automation equipment, material handling systems, and custom machinery builds that benefit from its torque resistance and precision movement capabilities.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
