The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-20-WV-2000 (R109652088) is a high-quality linear motion set designed for precision applications. This product features a steel precision housing and a precision steel shaft with two ball guide grooves, providing torqueresistant capabilities. The included shaft is of standard length as per the provided table and is designed to be resistant to cocking loads. This linear set comes without external seals and is considered a standard version. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-20-WV-2000 boasts hardened steel bearing plates that are set to zero clearance ex works, ensuring high stability and accuracy in operation. It has been engineered for dynamic load capacities, with minimal values provided due to the variability in the direction of loading. The product can operate within a permissible ambient temperature range, maintaining performance across various working conditions. This model has an outer diameter D corresponding to Size E and can withstand maximum accelerations as specified in the product details. It also features a static load rating C and a dynamic torsional moment load capacity Mt, making it suitable for applications requiring precise movement control under varying loads. The linear guide type for this set is a linear bushing and shaft, which falls under the filter category for linear bushings and shafts. Its dynamic load capacity C further emphasizes its ability to handle active operational demands effectively. Weighing in at an efficient mass per meter, this Bosch Rexroth linear set combines robust construction with precise engineering, resulting in reliable performance for systems requiring linear motion components. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-20-WV-2000's design ensures it provides stable guidance while transmitting torque effectively, making it an excellent choice for sophisticated mechanical setups where accuracy and durability are paramount.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
