The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-20-WV-900 (R109652085) is a comprehensive linear motion set designed for high precision and rigidity in various applications. This set features a precision steel shaft with a diameter of 20 mm and is accompanied by a standard length as per the provided table, ensuring compatibility with numerous design requirements. The torqueresistant linear bushing, crafted from robust steel, is pre-set to zero clearance ex works to guarantee optimal performance and reduced setup time. Equipped with two ball guide grooves, the LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-20-WV-900 offers enhanced stability against cocking loads, making it suitable for applications where maintaining alignment is critical. The hardened steel bearing plates are designed to transmit torque effectively while also being resistant to wear and tear. Despite its sturdy build, this linear set does not include external seals, which allows for customization based on specific environmental needs. The dynamic load capacity C and static load rating C are minimal values provided due to the varying nature of loading directions in different applications. The maximum permissible linear speed (vmax) and acceleration (amax) ensure that the system can handle rapid movements without compromising on performance. The product operates within a broad temperature range, accommodating various working environments. With its size E and H dimensions specified, users can easily integrate this linear set into their systems. The outer diameter D ensures a snug fit within machine components. Furthermore, the dynamic torsional moment load capacity (Mt) highlights the system's ability to withstand rotational forces during operation. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-20-WV-900 is an advanced solution for designers and engineers looking for reliable linear motion components that offer precision, durability, and adaptability across multiple industrial applications.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
