The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-20-WV-500 (R109652080) is a comprehensive linear motion set designed for high precision and rigidity in various applications requiring linear guidance. This set includes a precision steel shaft with a diameter of 20 mm and a standard length as per the provided table, featuring two ball guide grooves for torqueresistant movement. The linear bushing included in the set is engineered for torque transmission and is accompanied by hardened steel bearing plates that have been set to zero clearance at the factory, ensuring exceptional stability against cocking loads. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-20-WV-500 is constructed without external seals, making it suitable for environments where such seals are not necessary, thus reducing complexity and potential points of failure. The unit's steel precision housing provides a robust containment for the linear bushing, contributing to the overall durability and performance of the assembly. The dynamic load capacity of this linear set ensures minimal values as loading direction can vary, with specific ratings provided in the accompanying documentation. It can operate within an ambient temperature range from -20°C to +80°C, accommodating various working conditions. The outer diameter of the precision steel shaft complies with Size E specifications, while the maximum permissible linear speed and acceleration values support efficient operation within its mechanical limits. Weighing in at a mass that aligns with its size category, the LINEAR-SET LSSDR2-20-WV-500 maintains a balance between strength and weight efficiency. Additionally, it boasts a dynamic torsional moment load capacity that enhances its suitability for applications where rotational forces are present. As part of Bosch Rexroth's series torque product group ID lineup, this linear set represents a reliable solution for those seeking torqueresistant linear motion components without seal requirements.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .
