The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-50-WV-900 (R109625085) is a comprehensive linear motion set designed for high precision and torque-resistant applications. This product features a precision steel shaft with a diameter of 50 mm and includes one ball guide groove, ensuring smooth and accurate linear motion. The shaft comes in a standard length as specified by the manufacturer's table, tailored to meet a wide range of application requirements. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-50-WV-900 is equipped with a torqueresistant linear bushing, which provides exceptional stability against cocking loads due to its hardened steel bearing plates that are pre-set to zero clearance from the factory. This feature ensures that the system maintains high performance even under varying load conditions. The set does not include external seals, making it suitable for environments where such sealing is not required. Constructed from standard steel, the precision housing is designed to accommodate high dynamic load capacities, which are indicated as minimal values due to the potential variability in loading directions. The system can operate within an ambient temperature range of -10°C to +80°C, making it versatile for use in different working environments. It has been optimized for maximum acceleration and speed, with specific ratings provided by Bosch Rexroth upon inquiry. With its dynamic torsional moment load capacity and static load rating clearly defined by the manufacturer, this linear set is capable of handling significant loads while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. The overall mass of the unit contributes to its robustness without compromising on performance. In summary, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-50-WV-900 (R109625085) represents an advanced solution for precise linear motion requirements where torque resistance and load stability are critical parameters. Its design ensures reliable operation across various applications while providing ease of maintenance due to its simple yet effective construction.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
