The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-30-WV-2000 (R109623088) is a comprehensive linear motion set designed to provide precise and torqueresistant linear movement. This set includes a high-quality precision steel shaft with a diameter of 30 mm and a standard length of 2000 mm, featuring one ball guide groove for smooth operation. The shaft comes with torqueresistant linear bushings that are pre-set to zero clearance by the manufacturer, ensuring high stability against cocking loads and optimal performance right out of the box. Crafted from durable standard steel, the precision housing is engineered to withstand dynamic loads, with minimal values provided due to variable loading directions. It has been optimized for use in environments with permissible ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C, allowing for flexibility in various operating conditions. The set's maximum permissible linear speed (vmax) and acceleration (amax) are designed to meet demanding applications while maintaining system integrity. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-30-WV-2000 boasts an impressive dynamic load capacity and static load rating, along with a dynamic torsional moment load capacity that highlights its ability to handle high torque loads without compromising on precision. The outer diameter of size E complements the robust design, while the weight specification ensures that it can be integrated into systems without significantly increasing the overall mass. This linear set does not come with external seals, which may be preferable in certain applications where seals are not required or could interfere with operation. Overall, this product from Bosch Rexroth is ideal for those seeking a reliable and precise linear motion solution that can be easily implemented into various mechanical setups requiring high-quality motion control components.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
