The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-30-WV-900 (R109623085) is a comprehensive linear motion set designed for precision applications requiring high rigidity and resistance to torque. This set includes a precision steel shaft with a diameter of 30mm, featuring one ball guide groove for smooth and accurate movement. The torqueresistant linear bushing ensures the system can handle external cocking loads effectively, maintaining stability throughout operations. Crafted from standard steel, the precision housing is engineered to support dynamic load capacities with minimal values due to variable loading directions. The set operates efficiently within a permissible ambient temperature range and can withstand maximum accelerations without compromise to performance. Its hardened steel bearing plates are pre-set to zero clearance by the manufacturer, ensuring optimal alignment and reducing setup time. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-30-WV-900 is characterized by its robust construction without external seals, which makes it suitable for environments where additional sealing is not required. It boasts an impressive static load rating and dynamic torsional moment load capacity, making it ideal for applications where both linear and rotational forces are present. This linear set's outer diameter adheres to size specifications that ensure compatibility with various installations. Additionally, it has been designed to reach a maximum permissible linear speed while keeping the mass at an efficient kg/m ratio, balancing durability with agility in motion control tasks. Overall, this product from Bosch Rexroth delivers reliable performance in linear motion systems where precision, torque resistance, and durability are paramount. Whether used in single-axis configurations or integrated into multi-axis machinery, the LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-30-WV-900 stands out as a versatile component for sophisticated engineering solutions.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
