The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-20-WV-1200 (R109622087) is a high-precision linear motion set designed for applications requiring robust guidance and high load-bearing capacity. This linear set is characterized by its torqueresistant LB steel construction, ensuring stability against cocking loads and providing a reliable solution for linear motion needs. The precision steel shaft comes with a standard length as specified in the product table and includes one ball guide groove for smooth operation. The torquetransmitting, hardened steel bearing plates are pre-set to zero clearance ex works, which contributes to the precise and low-friction movement of the system. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-20-WV-1200 does not include external seals, making it suitable for environments where such seals are not necessary or could interfere with operation. With its dynamic load capacity C and static load rating C, this linear set offers minimal values considering that the direction of loading cannot always be clearly defined. It can handle a maximum permissible ambient temperature range as specified in its datasheet, ensuring performance under varying environmental conditions. The outer diameter D and size E are designed to meet specific application requirements, while the maximum permissible linear speed vmax and max acceleration amax ensure efficient operation at high speeds. Weighing in at a calculated mass m kg/m, this linear guide type featuring a torqueresistant linear bushing is built for durability and ease of maintenance. Its dynamic torsional moment load capacity Mt adds to its versatility in handling complex loads during operation. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-20-WV-1200 (R109622087) is an exceptional choice for those seeking reliable linear motion solutions without compromising on precision or load capacity.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
