The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-20-WV-900 (R109622085) is a comprehensive linear motion set designed for high precision and rigidity in various applications. This linear set consists of a precision steel shaft with a diameter of 20mm, featuring one ball guide groove for a torqueresistant linear bushing. The steel bearing plates are torquetransmitting and hardened, adjusted to zero clearance by the manufacturer to ensure optimal performance and stability against cocking loads. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-20-WV-900 is constructed without external seals, making it suitable for environments where direct contact with debris is not a concern. The standard steel precision housing accommodates the high-quality components that make up this linear set, ensuring that it maintains its integrity and functionality over time. With its robust design, the product can withstand minimal dynamic load capacities as specified by the manufacturer, which are critical since loading directions can vary in different applications. It also supports a maximum permissible linear speed (vmax) and can operate within a range of ambient temperatures from minimum to maximum as provided in the specifications. The dynamic torsional moment load capacity (Mt) indicates the product's ability to handle twisting forces during operation. Additionally, its mass is detailed in kg/m, which is essential for calculating the overall weight of the system when planning installation. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-20-WV-900 serves as a reliable solution for linear motion requirements where precision, durability, and resistance to torsional loads are necessary. Its construction and material quality make it well-suited for various applications requiring precise motion control without the need for additional sealing against environmental factors.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
