The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-12-WV-2000 (R109621288) is a high-quality linear motion set designed for precision and durability. This set features a steel precision housing and a hardened steel bearing plate, which are both torqueresistant and pre-set to zero clearance ex works, ensuring smooth motion and stability against cocking loads. The precision steel shaft comes with one ball guide groove, enhancing the guidance of the linear bushing. The LSSDR1-12-WV-2000 is capable of handling dynamic load capacities with minimal values due to its robust construction. It has an outer diameter D that corresponds with Size E specifications, ensuring compatibility with various applications. The set operates efficiently within a permissible ambient temperature range, maintaining performance in diverse working environments. This linear set is designed without external seals, which suits certain applications where such seals are not required or desired. The shaft included in the set comes in standard lengths as per the provided table, catering to different requirements. Additionally, the product boasts impressive mechanical properties including a high dynamic torsional moment load capacity Mt and a maximum permissible linear speed vmax. It also features an optimal mass-to-performance ratio with its weight being carefully balanced to provide effective motion control without adding unnecessary bulk. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-12-WV-2000 is suitable for various industrial applications requiring precise linear movement. Its design ensures that it can handle both dynamic loads and torsional forces effectively, making it a reliable component for sophisticated machinery and systems demanding accurate positioning and smooth operation.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke

In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

General mounting instructions

Initial lubrication

Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.

Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.

Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out. technical illustration-R109621288-Linear set (steel), DR1-12-WV-2000, without seal
