The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-12-WV-400 (R109621280) is a high-precision linear motion component designed for various applications requiring smooth and accurate linear movement. This product features a robust design with a steel precision housing and a precision steel shaft that includes one ball guide groove, ensuring torqueresistant operation. The linear bushing included in the set is torquetransmitting, made from hardened steel with bearing plates set to zero clearance by the manufacturer, which provides high stability against cocking loads. The R109621280 LINEAR-SET is equipped with external seals but does not include an internal seal, which makes it suitable for environments where it will not be exposed to excessive dust or contaminants. With its standard size as per the provided table, this linear set can accommodate various application needs. The shaft diameter 'd' comes in standard lengths, adding to the versatility of this component. This model operates effectively within a permissible ambient temperature range of -...°C to ...°C and can handle maximum accelerations up to amax. It has been designed to withstand minimal dynamic load capacities as indicated by Bosch Rexroth due to the variability in loading directions that cannot always be clearly defined. The static load rating C and dynamic torsional moment load capacity Mt further define its robustness for different operational demands. The outer diameter D and size E are specified for precise fitting into machine designs, while its weight of . kg/m ensures that it won't add excessive mass to your system. The LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-12-WV-400 offers a maximum permissible linear speed vmax, which allows for efficient operation without compromising on performance or longevity. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSSDR1-12-WV-400 is tailored for applications seeking a reliable and precise linear motion solution that can transmit torque effectively while maintaining alignment under load conditions.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Initial lubrication
Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.
Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out.
