The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSGF-M-80-DD (R108128000) is a high-quality linear motion system designed for precision applications requiring robust and reliable linear guidance. This linear set is constructed from steel with a flanged housing made of lamellar graphite cast iron, ensuring durability and stability in operation. The set includes standard linear bushings equipped with wiper seals to prevent the ingress of contaminants, thereby extending the life of the product. With a shaft diameter of 80 mm, this model incorporates two seals to maintain cleanliness within the system. The bushings and housing are engineered to provide a radial clearance that is not adjustable, calculated based on bore diameter and shaft tolerance statistics to achieve similar radial clearance values as indicated in the product specifications. The LINEAR-SET LSGF-M-80-DD features two retaining rings along with two additional spacer rings made of steel, tailored for shaft diameters up to size V. It has been designed for easy integration into various applications where vertical shaft orientation is required. This linear set boasts an impressive dynamic load capacity, ensuring it can handle significant loads while maintaining smooth and precise motion. The maximum permissible linear speed and breakaway force are specified to cater to different operational demands. Additionally, the static load rating highlights the product's ability to withstand stationary forces without compromising performance. Bosch Rexroth has also considered environmental factors by specifying a permissible ambient temperature range for optimal operation. This ensures that the LINEAR-SET LSGF-M-80-DD functions effectively across various working conditions without degradation in performance. Overall, this Bosch Rexroth linear set is an exemplary choice for those seeking a reliable and efficient solution for their linear motion needs, particularly in configurations where vertical shaft alignment is necessary.

Impact of load direction on load rating of closed Linear Bushings
The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.

Radial clearance
The radial clearance values shown in the table have been determined from statistics and correspond to values expected in practice. The R1066, R1068 and R1072 Linear Sets come clamped to an h5 shaft (lower limit) and set to zero clearance.
Vertical dimension
The tolerance values for the vertical dimension "H" for the Linear Sets shown in the table have been determined from statistics and correspond to values expected in practice.
Bolts
We recommend bolts in accordance with ISO 4762-8.8 for fastening the Linear Sets.
General mounting instructions
Linear sets with standard Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease the Linear Bushings before use. Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
