The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSRSE-80-DD (R107828020) is a high-precision linear motion set designed for various applications requiring accurate linear movement. This product features a standard precision housing with a side opening and comes equipped with a steel radial linear bushing that is adjustable and relubricatable. The shaft diameter 'd' ensures compatibility with corresponding components, while the inclusion of two wiper seals provides protection against contaminants, extending the life of the set. The dynamic load capacity 'C' indicates the product's ability to handle loads in its main direction of loading, as indicated by the arrow direction FsubHsub or FsubHsub. It boasts a maximum acceleration 'amax', ensuring responsive movement in demanding applications. The LINEAR-SET operates within a permissible ambient temperature range, making it suitable for various working environments. With an outer diameter 'D', size 'SW', and breakaway force specified, this linear set can be used in situations where precise motion control is essential. The static load rating 'C' and friction force are indicative of its robustness and efficiency in stationary conditions. The radial clearance is preset to zero-clearance before delivery to ensure optimal performance upon installation. This product has been designed considering a potential reduction in load capacity when open Linear Bushings are loaded counter to the direction of opening. To mitigate this, the radial Linear Bushing can be installed on the side, allowing users to take full advantage of its high dynamic load ratings. The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSRSE-80-DD is part of Productgroup ID and weighs . kg, combining durability with precision for reliable linear motion solutions.

Definition of dynamic load ratings

Rigidity

Combining a radial Linear Bushing with a continuously supported guide shaft ensures a precise, rigid design.

The following figure shows load-dependent spring. The diagram applies for installation: Without preload With zero clearance (no preload) for load direction ρ = 0° – 90° and 270° – 360°

Radial Linear Bushing rigidity

Installing with preload reduces spring. Additional spring in all parts of a linear guide (housing, shaft, shaft support rail) depends on the load direction. Guideline values for total spring with R1076 and R1010 elements: load direction factor multiplied by spring ∂ (from right diagram).

Effect of load direction on load rating

The load ratings C and C0 specified for Radial Linear Bushings apply for load direction ρ = 0°. If the external load is at an angle ρ = 90° – 270°, a reduced load capacity must be factored in. The dynamic load rating is then determined by multiplying the specified dynamic load rating C or C0 by the load direction factors fρ or fρ0. This reduced load capacity can be avoided by careful installation of the radial Linear Bushings.
